Source, screen, present, and place Qualified Individuals with a Co-Operate client. Your Direct Compensation is categorized as Recruiting Pillar during this phase.

Phase 2 — Month 16+

Monthly retention check-ins, performance monitoring, and development. The Direct Compensation amount stays the same — it automatically converts to Retention Pillar classification.

Grow

Always — Quarterly

Perform Network Growth services (N1–N4) to earn from the 7-Tier Network Growth Allocation. Your downline compounds as your Frontline Recruited Contractors build their own networks.
