1. Introduction

Co-Operate LLC ("Co-Operate," "we," "us," or "our"), an entity of G26x, operates the website joincooperate.com and related subdomains (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our Site or submit an application through our platform.

By using the Site, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Information We Collect

Information You Provide

When you submit an application or contact us, we may collect:

  • Full name (first and last)
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Professional background and experience information
  • Employment history and production data (if voluntarily provided)
  • Interest area (placement type or Co-Operator track)

Information Collected Automatically

When you visit the Site, we may automatically collect:

  • Browser type and version
  • Device type and operating system
  • IP address
  • Pages visited and time spent on pages
  • Referring URL
  • Recruiting-attribution code (stored in a first-party cookie — see "Cookies and Local Storage" below)

Cookies and Local Storage

We use browser local storage to store your theme preference (light/dark mode). This data remains on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

We use a first-party, server-controlled cookie, classified as a Functional cookie, to determine which recruiting contractor's link brought you to the Site, so that contractor can be credited and compensated for their services — see "Third-Party Partners" in Section 4. This cookie expires no later than sixty (60) days after your first tracked visit and contains a tracking code and timestamps only — it does not contain your name, email, phone number, or other direct contact information.

We also use Analytics cookies, deployed through Google Tag Manager, to understand how visitors use the Site. See Section 6A for your choices regarding cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To process and respond to your application or inquiry
  • To match you with relevant career opportunities or Co-Operator onboarding
  • To communicate with you about your application status
  • To attribute recruiting credit to the appropriate Co-Operator
  • To improve our Site and services
  • To comply with legal obligations

We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.

4. How We Share Your Information

We may share your personal information in the following circumstances:

  • Within G26x Entities: Co-Operate LLC is an entity of G26x. Your personal information may be shared across G26x and its entities — including but not limited to G26x and G6x AI — for purposes including recruiting operations, contractor onboarding, compliance oversight, and business analytics. All G26x entities are bound by this Privacy Policy when processing your data. This sharing does not include your mobile phone number for marketing or promotional purposes — see Section 10, which governs our use of your phone number specifically.
  • With Employer Partners: Only with your explicit consent and approval. We never make blind submissions or share your information with employers without your knowledge.
  • Third-Party Partners: When you reach our recruiting site through a link associated with one of our independent recruiting contractors, we use a first-party cookie to determine which contractor's link brought you, so we can credit and compensate that contractor for their services. We may disclose this tracking information to our business partners, including our technology platform, for this purpose. This affects that contractor's compensation only — it does not affect your compensation, your eligibility, any lender's hiring decision, or any term of your potential employment. We do not sell this information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws.
  • With Service Providers: Third-party vendors who assist us in operating the Site and providing services, subject to confidentiality obligations.
  • As Required by Law: To comply with legal obligations, court orders, or government requests.
  • Business Transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

G26x Data Sharing Disclosure

By submitting information through the Site, you acknowledge and agree that your personal information may be accessed and processed by any entity operating under G26x. This includes data sharing for the following purposes:

  • Coordinating contractor placement and recruiting across G26x entities
  • Maintaining compliance records across affiliated companies
  • Providing AI-powered analytics and platform services through G6x AI
  • Internal business reporting and operational improvements

Each G26x entity maintains its own operational records, but data collected through Co-Operate may be shared as described above. If you wish to limit how your data is shared across G26x entities, contact us at compliance@joincooperate.com.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, including to satisfy legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, and we do not retain it for longer than reasonably necessary for those purposes. Application data is retained for seven (7) years unless you request deletion. Recruiting-attribution cookie data is retained only for the sixty (60)-day attribution window described in Section 2, after which it expires and is not independently archived.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Access: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
  • Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information.
  • Portability: Request a copy of your data in a portable format.
  • Opt-Out: Opt out of certain data processing activities.

California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information we collect, the right to delete, and the right to opt out of the sale of personal information. We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as that term is defined under the CCPA/CPRA.

6A. Cookies, Do Not Track, and Global Privacy Control

Some web browsers and browser extensions can send a "Global Privacy Control" (GPC) signal to indicate a preference to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Our Site detects GPC signals and treats them as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we display a confirmation on the Site when your signal has been received and processed.

This does not affect the first-party recruiting-attribution cookie described in Section 2, which is not a sale or share of personal information under applicable law and serves a function unrelated to advertising — see "Third-Party Partners" in Section 4.

Some web browsers can also send a "Do Not Track" (DNT) signal. DNT is not a legally binding standard, and our Site does not respond to it.

Regardless of whether a GPC or DNT signal is received, we do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under applicable state privacy laws. You can control cookies generally through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site, including recruiting-attribution credit described in Section 2.

7. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Third-Party Links

Our Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party sites you visit.

9. Children's Privacy

Our Site is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child under 18, we will delete that information promptly.

10. Telephone Communications & TCPA Consent

By providing your phone number through any form on the Site and checking the consent box, you expressly consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from Co-Operate LLC and its authorized service providers at the phone number you provide. Communications may include:

  • Information about career opportunities, application status, and onboarding
  • Recruiting and placement updates
  • Webinar confirmations and event reminders
  • Follow-up communications related to your inquiry or application

You agree that such communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, or text messages, even if your phone number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service. You are not required to provide consent to receive automated calls or texts as a condition of applying for a position, becoming a Co-Operator, or receiving any service from Co-Operate.

Mobile Number Privacy. This Section 10 governs our use of your mobile phone number specifically, and controls over the general sharing description in Section 4 wherever the two differ. Co-Operate LLC will not share, sell, or transfer your mobile phone number to any third party, G26x entity, or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to communicate with you on behalf of Co-Operate LLC.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Opt-Out: You may revoke your consent at any time by:

  • Replying STOP to any text message
  • Emailing compliance@joincooperate.com with your phone number and a request to opt out
  • Calling us and requesting removal from our contact list

Upon receiving your opt-out request, we will cease automated communications to the specified number within a reasonable time, typically within ten (10) business days.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
