1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of joincooperate.com and all related subdomains (the "Site"), operated by Co-Operate LLC ("Co-Operate," "we," "us," or "our"), an entity of G26x. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

3. Description of Services

Co-Operate provides an intelligent recruiting infrastructure platform that connects mortgage professionals with employer partners and enables independent contractors ("Co-Operators") to build recruiting enterprises. The Site provides information about our services and allows users to submit applications.

Co-Operate is a recruiting and referral platform. We are not a mortgage lender, broker, or loan originator. We do not provide financial advice, mortgage lending services, or employment.

4. Independent Contractor Relationship

Co-Operators and all participants in the Co-Operate platform are independent contractors — not employees, agents, or representatives of Co-Operate, G26x, or any affiliated entity. Nothing on the Site or in any Co-Operate materials creates an employment, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship.

5. User Submissions

When you submit an application or other information through the Site, you represent that:

  • All information provided is accurate, complete, and current
  • You have the right to provide all information submitted
  • Your submission does not violate any applicable law or regulation
  • You consent to Co-Operate processing your information as described in our Privacy Policy, including sharing across G26x Holdings entities

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, design elements, software, and the overall look and feel — is the property of Co-Operate LLC and/or G26x and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without prior written permission.

"Co-Operate," "G26x," "G6x AI," and associated logos and marks are trademarks of their respective entities within G26x Holdings.

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law
  • Submit false or misleading information in any application or form
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers to access or collect data from the Site
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site's operation or infrastructure
  • Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
  • Use the Site to recruit for any competing platform or service

8. Affiliate and Referral Programs

Co-Operate may offer affiliate and referral programs through the platform. Participation in these programs is subject to separate Contractor Agreements. Referral tracking codes and affiliate identifiers are used to attribute referrals and calculate compensation. Attempting to manipulate, falsify, or circumvent referral tracking is a violation of these Terms and grounds for termination.

9. Third-Party Links

The Site may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites. Your use of third-party sites is at your own risk.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR AVAILABILITY.

Co-Operate does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. We do not guarantee any specific results from using the Site or our services, including placement outcomes or compensation levels.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CO-OPERATE LLC, G26X, AND THEIR RESPECTIVE OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR SERVICES, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($100.00).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Co-Operate LLC, G26x, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions.

Informal resolution first. Before starting an arbitration or filing suit, you agree to contact us at compliance@joincooperate.com and give us 30 days to resolve the dispute informally. Most matters are settled this way, and it costs you nothing.

Binding arbitration. If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, before a single arbitrator, seated in Ohio or conducted remotely at your election. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. You and Co-Operate are each giving up the right to a trial by jury and to have a dispute heard by a judge.

No class actions. Disputes will be arbitrated only on an individual basis. You and Co-Operate each waive any right to bring or participate in a class, collective, consolidated, or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — shall proceed in court.

Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small-claims court, and either party may seek injunctive relief in court to protect intellectual property or confidential information. Nothing here prevents you from reporting a matter to a government agency.

How to opt out. You may reject this arbitration agreement by emailing compliance@joincooperate.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms, stating your name and that you opt out of arbitration. Opting out costs you nothing and does not affect any other part of these Terms or your relationship with Co-Operate.

Any dispute not subject to arbitration shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

14. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
